The Matric in Hotel Operation (MHO) has been designed to meet the needs of applicants considering entry into operational positions within the hospitality industry. The comprehensive program provides the students with a broad practical understanding of hotel operation management. The supervisory level of the employees is considered as backbone of hospitality operation. A combination of theory and practical, MHO equips the students with skills and knowledge to undertake supervisory positions in hospitality industry.
